Q: Does Altered State Media take any copyright ownership or royalties from my work?

 

A: NO! We do not claim any ownership of any manuscripts sent our way -- what's yours is yours. Period.

Q: Do you offer editing services?

 

A: We do not offer editing services at this time. We'll get your document ready to print, but not ready to read. Check out these resources for your editing needs.

Q: I have my own image I want to use on my cover.

​

A: Great! We strongly recommend that all images have a DPI (dots per inch) value of at least 300 to ensure the best printing quality.

Q: How long does the process take?

​

A: Depends on the length of the manuscript, how complex your request, and how many manuscripts are in our queue. Expect at least two months before the final result.

Q: Is there any kind of manuscript you don't accept?

​

A: We do not accept erotica novels or journal requests related to explicit content. We also reserve the right to refuse any manuscript for any reason.
